Jenni and the Cats

Jenni and the Cats is a Nashville pet sitting company dedicated exclusively to the care of cats. Cat sitting is our passion, and delighting clients by providing loving, compassionate care and dependable service is our mission.

Jenni provides in-home cat sitting service to clients in the following Nashville neighborhoods: 12 South, Acklen Westgrove, Belmont, Buena Vista, Downtown, Edgehill, Germantown, North Green Hills, The Gulch, Hillsboro Village, Historic Waverly, Hope Gardens, Metro Center, Midtown, Music Row, The Nations, North Nashville, Salemtown, Sobro, Sylvan Park, Wedgewood-Houston, West End & Vandy. Owner and primary sitter Jenni Leeds has been a resident of Salemtown since 2009 and a resident of Nashville since 1986. She is a proud cat mom to five rescue cats (and one little dog), who were adopted from The Cat Shoppe, FLUFF Nashville, Happy Tails Humane and  Nashville Cat Rescue. 

Jenni is a lifelong cat lover, cat parent, animal advocacy group and rescue organization volunteer. She was instrumental in organizing events and securing media coverage for Volunteers for Animals in Tennessee, which worked to close Rutherford County's controversial and inhumane animal drop boxes in 1999. 

After fulfilling careers in the music industry, public relations and digital marketing, she discovered her passion for pet sitting in 2018 while working as an independent contractor for Nashville's largest cat sitting company, Music City Cats. After serving as a cat sitter, marketing manager and general manager of Music City Cats, Jenni founded Jenni and the Cats in 2021. 

Jenni and the Cats, LLC is a woman-owned small business based in Nashville, Tenn. The company is insured and bonded with Business Insurers of the Carolinas and a member of Pet Sitters International.
